I don't think I can quantitavely answer that given the fact that we didn't ever formally deploy mechanism to measure it.

Partially because our primary concern was to display correct data, and all the data, and then, it was our first ever product in the market, and we're still learning as a firm.

Having said that, in my experience we've found the service to be extremely reliable, except for a few instances where some bugs would exist (which naturally had nothing to do with Rust).
